Responsibilities: As a neurologist at USA Health Providence, you'll be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with precision and expertise. Your role will involve recommending and participating in initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness and quality of care. You'll collaborate with other physicians, accept patient referrals, and may serve as an admitting, attending, or consulting physician as needed. Additionally, you'll contribute to academic programs and ensure thorough documentation for insurance purposes.

Neurohospitalist Details:

• Specialty: Neurology
• Schedule: 7am-5pm (7-on/7-off)
• Practice Detail: Inpatient consult only, with a team of 2 physicians
• No call schedule required
• Consult only, with no stroke coverage (Telehealth handles stroke cases)
• EMR System: Cerner

Preferred Credentials: Candidates with Advanced Life Support credentials from the American Heart Association (AHA) and experience in EEG and EMG testing are preferred.
