Maxim Healthcare Services is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for private duty homecare positions. We are seeking dedicated professionals who can efficiently make clinical judgments under the guidance of our Director of Clinical Services.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process effectively to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in the patient's condition, both physiologically and psychosocially.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members to document nursing diagnoses.
• Document the patient's plan of care, including nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes, and interventions.
• Perform interventions based on priorities, the care plan, and hospital policies.
• Revise the care plan as needed based on evaluation and changes in the medical plan.
• Exercise clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs.
• Perform other RN or LPN duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Current Nurse License for the state of practice.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior Nurse experience is preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Enteral Feeds.
• Competence in Tracheostomy care.
• Experience in Ventilator management.

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time positions available.
• Day shifts, NOC shifts, with options for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.

We have various cases available, including but not limited to:

• Tucson AZ 85746: RN/LPN position for GTV patient, Tuesday 7:30am-5:30pm.
• Tucson AZ 85704: RN/LPN position for Seizure patient, Tuesdays and Saturdays, 12 hours per week.
• Tucson AZ 85748: RN/LPN position for patient care on Fridays and Saturdays nights, 10pm-6am.

Salary ranges from $28 to $37 per hour based on experience and shift differential.
