Responsibilities of the Role:

1. Job Performance: Execute startup, installation, closeout, and service tasks in accordance with Paladin commitments to customers.
2. Technical Tasks: Install, terminate, and test equipment as per specifications and relevant building/electrical codes.
3. Maintenance and Repair: Repair, restore, and test all systems to specifications and relevant codes.
4. Communication: Maintain daily communication with Project Manager regarding job status, requirements, and potential delays.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is performed to company standards with adherence to quality installation techniques.
6. Project Management: Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure complete closeout and turnover of projects to clients and service departments.
7. Training: Train apprentices on company procedures, systems, and installation techniques.
8. On-call Duty: Participate in the 24-hour on-call rotation for technicians.
9. Professional Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner to maximize client satisfaction.
10. Flexibility: Be available to work outside of or in addition to normal business hours as required.
11. Safety: Adhere to company policies and procedures, with a primary focus on safety for self and others.
12. Asset Management: Maintain and protect assigned company assets.
13. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate written records, submitted on time and complete.
14. Licensing: Maintain professional licensing as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
15. Physical Requirements: Effectively communicate and possess manual dexterity required for the job's physical demands.

Working Conditions:

1. Site Work: Work conditions similar to typical construction projects.
2. Confined Spaces: Work in confined spaces as necessary.
3. Various Environments: Work in diverse environments including offices, medical facilities, industrial sites, warehouses, parking ramps, etc.
4. Outdoor Work: Occasional outdoor work in adverse weather conditions or extreme temperatures.
5. Travel: Travel required, mostly day trips with occasional overnight stays.
